Geri took the babies to have thier easter pictures taken really all not that long ago. I was just amazed at how much they smiled and seemed so alert. Earlier on I couldn't get them to smile when we took them for pictures...but then again they had just masterd how to scream and poop so effeciently!
The babies are changing so much right now it is just incredible. Geri tells me every day the new "tricks" they learn. Don't worry, I don't think of them as pets; I am just amazed at hearing how they have mastered new skills.
Geri, here, wanted to have the pictures taken in diapers. Oddly enough I don't seem to miss the diapers...honestly though I would give anything to be with my family right now and deal with those diapers.
I am sure you can't notice how precious my wife and kids are to me. Being away from them has been extraordinarily hard.
